I have no problem with Kerry's comments except that by using current Pentagon war terminology he implies that a) the Bush administration is an illegitimate non-elected dictatorship and b) perhaps he is advocating a violent or extra-Consitutional means of removing him from power. If that's not what he meant perhaps he should have chosen his words more wisely.

He's not suggesting civil war is he? This is not an attempt to rally the anti-war protestors to violence, is it? It's illegal to yell "fire" in a movie theatre, and it is illegal to send people out to commit violence. He should be careful.
