What a nice story! I think it will prove that the Iraqi people were deserving of our efforts. This Iraqi risked his life to save an American in distress.

They will never be entirely safe in their homeland again. If they wish it, we should offer them passage and haven here and, when the paperwork is done, welcome them as new citizens of the United States. I for one would be proud to call this guy my countryman.

This family that helped our Marines rescue Jessica shoould be rewarded BIG TIME!!!More than that, they need to be defended against any Saddam loyalists, who might want to make an example out of them. I think that it might have been a good idea to conceal the identity of the family.
