Dont worry about suicide bombers and the US Military. Suicide bombers and infiltrators have been confronted by the US Military for a half century. They are called various names, one being "sappers". Japanese, Chinese, North Koreans, and Vietnamese were so adept at it that they applied tourniquets to each extremity and charged doped up on amphetamines and all sorts of drugs to allow them to make a few yards more.

Suicide bombers only work best on terrified unarmed civilians. They dont work well on armed, highly trained, US soldiers who have a half century experience killing them.
