This statement is nothing but a slur on our former glorious Maximum president!
Bill Clinton fired missiles at Iraq for four whole days starting just before the House impeachment proceeding got underway, back in 1998! He was only forced to stop by the beginning of Ramadan, the fact that "the bombing campaign set back the Iraqi weapons programs for years", and the other fact that the bombing didn't stop the impeachment proceedings. ;-)
