I give it at least a month or two. It's a big, old, complex city with lots of tunnels and a great deal more to hide. It wouldn't take much to dig out a vial of smallpox and infect a very few suicide carriers to create an enormous problem.

Personally, I think they should quarrantine the entire area now.
