Didn't we take them all out? Only those we could see. Other may exist who knows where - most mIGs are unimproved field capable meaning they could use a highway to take off if necessary - especially if they didn't think they would be landing again.

We need to have a constant CAP on Baghdad - none of this Ready-5 stuff either. They could be off the ground on on our guys in minutes.

From what I understand, there are 300 aircraft still on the ground and not all have been destroyed. Only if they plan on trying to fly them will they be destroyed.

Some of them have been "hidden".. how I don't know but I read early in the war that we bombed airfields with planes that ended up being mock ups.
