West Virgina has one of the highest rates of gun ownership in the United States and one of the lowest murder rates. They know their arms and they use them properly. I am not the least bit surprised this hero comes from West Virginia.

Its nice that the state is giving her a 4 year ride in college, but the Army would be crazy to let go of her.
