Not shocked at all that they would use this illegal tactic to appeal to the Arab street.
I swear, if we need to test an EMP device, just aim the little bugger at Al-Jazeera's HQ. That would do more to help us win the propaganda war than a million troops ever could.
Although I don't really understand why we care what they think. They're going to resent us anyway, war or no war.
