Taking a chance here in asking but my two canines "boys" mean the world to me and I wondered do they have a Red Cross like organization for pets?

Just calming mine down when a thunder/hail storm came through tonight I thought geeze they would freak out if we were in Baghdad.

Do they even have pets in Iraq?

I know they have pets in Iraq, you can hear roosters..and dogs barking. Some jerk was kicking his dog one night.
