The nearly-hysterical Iraqi woman on Fox was a judge, and she was advocating judicial trials (of Saddam and his gangs of thugs) instead of vigilante justice. I think the comments about Fedayeen in every house was hyperbole. Maybe her Baghdad-based relative is still in fear, or was actually being watched, and in that circumstance expressed "the great power of the Fedayeen." Take it with a grain of salt. The Iraqi regime's claims of having great power (e.g., to resist the coalition) have been pure puff.
