BTW - why did the traffic ALL stop suddenly? I see an occasional vehicle now but nothing like what we saw before...unless the camera stalled for a bit perhaps.

I think it's just a few cars driving around the block. They have to stop for gas sometime.
If these are only the militiary types in bag leaving, what did they do with the civilians?
