The exact quote..."No finer sight than seeing 12000 marines and corspmen...unless you are in the Republican guard".

Can't leave out the Navy Corpsmen...Marines in bell bottoms (when they still had the bb's). There are certain Corpsmen who are FMF (Fleet Marine Force), meaning they train with and deploy with the Marines (my husband (now retired) being one of them during GWI.
