there are several air bases within the Baghdad city limits....so it might not be the Saddam International..

Saddam International is a strategic target. We bomber command and control there about 36 hours ago. Shown at yesterday's CENTCOM briefing.

There is also a center city airport, a third one to the SE, and a fourth one due north of Saddam International, about 3 miles north.

Been away from TV and Net for a while -- anyone know what the "hugh" plume of smoke in the distance on the BAGCAM is?

Just wondering if it was a specific op, or just the standard nightly visit.
