"Ooh, I have fiducials on the tip of my tongue, but I know a dendrite is the transfer conduit on a brain cell "
Nice tries...
Fiducials: are "Vision Recognition" features, round, etc. that are usually used in pairs in a gray scale recognition system to calculate a X-Y point on a high-tech machine.
Sometimes you use 3 Fiducials to calculate stretch too... :)
Dendrites: are a growth between two conductive paths that have a Bias (Electrical Current) usually formed be Temperature, Humidity & the Current.
There! :)

fiducial can also be an adjective, it describes a decision made based solely on faith (usually to God or another diety)

I can't believe my ears!
Lester Holt, PMS, just did the lead in for their next segment:
"Senator John Kerry says the U.S. needs a --quote-- "regime change"...words that could shorten his political career. Details coming up".
Never thought I'd live to hear something like that on a lib network.

Was Shep Smith hinting that Fox was sitting on a story when he said this will be a big news night?
