FoxNews report implied that blackout very possibly could be per Iraqi leadership due to possible coup taking place within.

Coalition Forces are closer to Baghdad than many commuters are to their offices.

"I thought it was two pipelines one supplying syria, the other direct to the port to ultimtely supply france, germany and russia. Am I mistaken???"
I'm not sure Nully. The article I read referred only to the Syrian pipeline.

I hope to hell Fox is right--I'd love to see a coup. I'd love to see the bodies of Saddam, his sons & the rest of the regime hung up by their heels in the middle of Baghdad.

Rummy calling rescue superb by outstanding and courageous team. Tempered by knowledge that some are still missing.
We're closing in on Baghdad. The regime is under extreme pressure... by air and ground...

REports a few hours ago re: Yokahama base. There is a FR thread on that one. No details when I looked at it a few hours ago. Second bombing, if there is one, I know nothing of.

CNN was airing an Al Jazeera interview with Baghdad Bob and then cut away minutes before the lights went out. I wonder if he was still on the air when it happened? That would have been priceless to see.
To: Howlin
