KVI listeners are now routinely targeting the regularly scheduled peace vigils of neighborhood groups and dispatching people with KVI-issued "Support the Troops" signs to protests that listeners call in by cellphone.

Good going! Seattle (King County) is as leftist as San Francisco. Sad!

This is fantastic! My parents, who just moved out of the the People's Republic of Seattle to join me in the Bible Belt, was talking about and praising the efforts of KVI. Perhaps the city isn't as completely lost and moronic as I thought it was. It's certainly out-of-step with the majority of the country, but it's refreshing to see the "true Americans" taking a stand against the anti-American deviants.
Now, if we could only get Portland on board......

Myself, I think it is better not to try and grab a corner that has already be staked out by they others side. Let them have their corner, find another.
Whoever can assemble people at the most corners in large numbers should be the effort, not who can disrupt the other sides demonstration. This should not be our tactic. It is an informal rule, as the article says, and a good one.

Seattle and all of Western WA owes a lot to KVI for organizing this effort to take back our streets and the momentum from the nose ring wearing, unemployable, drugged out, greasy leftist scum who slither out of Capitol Hill to protest anything decent and pro-American. I am so sick of the liberal media falling all over the commies and anarchists who spit on police, but try to ignore the much larger numbers of decent Americans who support the President.

Oh, good! Glad to see that. Funny, this site is so hard to use. I did a search in several sections before posting & found nothing...

It's too bad Seattle is full of communist, dope smoking, tree huggers, I grew up there and it's a beautiful city. Nice to see the true Americans are making themselves known.

Nice to see the true Americans are making themselves known.I think perception is 80% of reality. Yes, it's a mostly Democratic city, and yes, the city council is flirting with the loony edge of leftism. But it seems worse than it is when all the conservatives shut ourselves up out of fear.
We need a tipping point of our own in Seattle. And if the "Fighting 570th" helps change the zeitgeist & makes conservatives feel safe about coming out of the closet here, then it's a good thing.

I'm thrilled. My not-so-long-ago college days showed that ANY dirty trick the left pulled was considered justified if it helped their cause, but if you tried playing within the rules and being the nice guy, they'd use that against you too. So forget it. Send the supporters out before they get there. Use those cell phones. Cover EVERY street corner with pro-America protesters. Sign me up!!!!
