huh? What did this girl do that you are making her out to be Miss Heroine 2003?

She was driving a truck. She got lost. She was taken prisoner.

I'm glad she's back, but I'm not going to worship her when I don't even believe in women in the military.

Got it? Can you understand and appreciate that everyone doesn't have to agree with you?

Are you that intolerant and bigoted?

Your main debate tactic appears to be stomp your foot that everyone doesn't agree and accuse everyone else of not tolerating your view. This is a debate chick. Stop arguing about everyone else being rude and mean and beating you up while you call them bizarre things like intolerant and bigoted.

This is not about you and whether you feel your opinion counts.

It is about a soldier who we are celebrating coming home when no one thought she would. And it appears she has some things worth admiring about her. Some of us are doing just that.

Wow... Talk about intolerant.

She is probably a 92A. This is mostly a rear echelon position, though sometimes Combat Service Support. You would have really freaked out over the women in our 3/5 Platoon. They'd be out at the FARP with us Armament Dogs, hot-refueling Cobras, and delivering ammo for us to load onto the Cobras. Extremely dangerous job, extremely dangerous place to be (the FARP), and every one of them carried their weight, same as the guys.

Regardless of whether or not this story is true or not, she's an American Hero
