CITIZENS DEMAND STUART NEWS EXPLAIN AND APOLOGIZE
Why is the Stuart News censoring newsreportage about Support Our Troops Rallies?
The issue here is wether our community will passively tolerate what purports to be our leading community "NEWS"-paper's editors- not just failing to report- but actually censoring their own reporter's story assignment about Support Our Troops rallies. On behalf of the thousands of citizens who participated in and showed support for our grassroots demonstration in support of our troops in Stuart last Friday, 03/28, this ULTIMATUM is hereby submitted to the editors of The Stuart News. It demands they print both an Explanation AND Apology- not for their omission- but for their calculated censoring of news reportage about our Support Our Troops Rallies Failure to print a FULL and ACCURATE DECLARATION by this time, will result in serious consequences under the peoples Constitutional First Amendment Rights. A demonstration will be held in public areas around the News premises, to protest not only their documented pattern of biased reportage favoring "Peace" and "Anti-War" demonstrations but their censoring of Support Our Troops Rallies news coverage- the effect of which is to provide aid and comfort to our enemies who learn that major American media are suppressing homefront support for our nation's war effort.
