Seth Yatovitz, who works for Peninsula TV in San Carlos, said he has used marijuana under a doctor’s recommendation to treat epilepsy since Prop 215 passed. "It has changed my life. I went from disability to working." He said.

Here's a bit of interesting info. He is the brother of Hershal Yatovitz, who is a memebr of the Chris Isaak band. Isaak recently did a show for our troops in Afgahnistan, so I would think Isaak is not going to be happy as this story spreads across the country.
