You mean loose 15 thousand and kill a million? Sounds pretty good to me. Giving up on a land that has never been anything more then a bunch of savages was the smart thing to do. In another 10 years the US will too, just like everyone before them. The fact that US mercenaries are the body guards for all Afghan officials of rank, demonstrates that the country can't even trust its own people...since it is not really a country.
