This report appeared on MSNBC overnight. Let's hope the information makes it, up the chain of command, and action is taken to make sure the French and Russians pay the price once it is verified. I don't know what President Bush saw when he looked in Putin's eyes, but it surely wasn't true friendship. Russian companies do not sell this technology without the Russian military leadership knowing about it, and likewise for Russian military advisors. If the report is true, Russians and their technology will be captured...and what will happen then?
