I will guess between 1997-8. I was out of Baylor but before I went to Dallas Baptist. I remember my church college minister telling us about buying up the first day and making a killing.

Nope, you were correct...April 2000! Man, time flies. I remember a guy on CNBC saying not to buy it, they couldn't maintain their growth.
