Yes, i heard that too. Perhaps that would explain why the Iraqis announced that Saddam would be delivering a live speech but instead we got someone else...if Col. Hunt is right maybe Saddam thought he could summon up enough strength to get out of sick bed for a few minutes and do the speech but in the end just wasn't well enough to do so.
