I believe that Greta likely has a condition called Bells palsy. Facial nerve is effected and causes the droop of the mouth and sometimes eye. Not all that uncommon.

Thanks, I thought it might have been a result of her plastic surgery....

My sister-in-law had Bell's and most of the effects gradually wear off and other parts of the brain compensate, but ther is still a slight paralysis that will remain for some time, if not permanently.
