Hmm m not sure exactly, but I know they eat lamb aswell, which has the same feet as a goat Im sure.
My father is jewish, and though he rarely observes the kosher laws, I have picked up info on some, I think that there's a difference in the shape of the foot of goats and pigs though that does affect it

Meat
All animals which chew their cud and have a split hoof are kosher.
This includes: Cattle, Sheep, Goats, and Deer.
This excludes: Horses, Donkeys, Camels and Pigs.
Meat mush be killed according to the laws of Shecitah.
Meat must be properly salted to remove blood.

Ours have cloven feet. I know some goat/sheep ranchers who have Muslims buying their stock but the Muslims butcher the animals so it will be kosher.
