Syria might not need that trade center when the new gov't is installed. At least they can collect on their insurance.

i'm sure those responsible will be severely reprimanded ¹, and our government will
be issuing an apology soon. ²

after all, we apologized directly following the bombing of the
french embassy in libya, and the chicom embassy in bosnia, didn't we?
