Yes, I think so. They had clips of him from I think the Today Show. He was just living in California to get his state citizenship so he could attend Berkeley. Go figure.

ahh yes..that one, I think..the one whose unit shipped overseas without him (he is now AWOL), and was going to turn himself in yesterday at Camp Pen?
