Do you think the Iraqi army troops are less harsh due to being army just like the POWs?

Oh, ok. From what I've heard and read, the regulars were easier on POW's than the secret police, primarily because they have some semblance of professionalism and knew they'd be treated well if captured by us. If I were to prognosticate, I'd say that it's worse now then it was 12 years ago since fedaheen have pervaded Iraqi society.
