Thank god for caller ID, hopefully we can catch the vermin....these anti-war protestors are similar to the Muslim relgion? they make a claim of a religion for peace but their methodology is always warlike, it just doesn't make sense.
To: Poser
Yes he is doing a great job. He mentioned that he's been watching CNN. I wonder if this is by choice, or if they don't get Fox News Channel.

Thanks for the cleanup. Timeout should be able to piece together all of our replies and have some semblance of the 101st. :)

(...an angel still rides in the whirlwind and directs this storm--GWB inaugural address)
I posted this on another thread, but thought it might be something others would like to hear too, so am adding it here:
I heard an Iraqi-born American woman talking on the Don Wade and Roma WLS Chicago radio program. Her name was Angie, and Don and Roma have put her call on-line and in fact are sending the link all around to military people to listen to (their own son is over there).
Angie speaks about how the US military cannot kill the Iraqi people--they were killed by Saddam a long time ago. Their spirit is gone. She thanks God for George Bush and America, she goes into what Saddam has done to people. How as a Christian she was persecuted as a minority, how she could have had her tongue cut out if she had complained about it, how the children are raped in front of parents.
It's a very moving emotional phone-call and though I can't get the whole audioclip to work for me (maybe you'll be able to get all of it to work), here's the link to the WLS website. WLS
From there click on the link at the top for Hosts, then on the Don and Roma bio, and you'll see a link to it.
I hope everyone can get a chance to hear this, and they do want people to pass it along.

Greg Lynch, Jr. is great with the press. I hope one of the press weasels asks a dumb question. It would be great to se him slap them down.

Go, Greg!

Did you see yesterday that the parents of a soldier got a phone call telling them thier son was a POW and was killed and it turned out to be a prank? Gee...I wonder who did that??Didn't see that ...but it doesn't surprise me. These people are the enemy of the US. They hate this country with a passion. I just wish they would leave .... let France have these slugs.
Ever notice how most of these protesters look like they haven't showered in weeks?
To: retrokitten
Sounds like Don and Roma were the victims of a small-minded hateful person with entirely too much free time on their hands. Peace my a$$.

Is that the statue of Saddam? Wouldn't a bomb drop right now be great? With the 3-4 ft. accuracy we now have I was thinking we could take it out with inert ordnance. All of a sudden, right in front of the cameras, a loud 'THUNK' and the statue falls in a heap with the broken missile. I think a demonstration like that would freeze a lot of blood in Baghdad.
It would be a great slap in the face to Saddman too, if he's still breathing.

UPI analysis, posted at 2:44 a.m., says that U.S. advances towards Baghdad from southwest and southeast are intended to outflank the Republican Guard divisions south of Baghdad and cut them off from the city. Key next objectives are towns of Mahmudiyah and Musayyib, respectively, 10 and 20 miles south of Baghdad on the main highway running from Najaj to Karbala.
I don't know what timezone the 2:44 refers to. A couple city names to look for.

I've got a quarter that says dad was military as well. He seems pretty depressed and tired, but I sure wouldn't pick a fight with him.
