For the record, you all made John McCaslin's column today:

     April Fools' bash
Were they protesting the war against Iraq outside Lounge 201 on Tuesday night?
     Hardly.
It was the "Freepers" again — members of the D.C. Chapter of FreeRepublic.com — protesting what Raoul Deming of Takoma Park called a meeting of "unapologetic leftovers of the Clinton administration."
They were throwing a party for conservative-turned-liberal author David Brock and his book, "Blinded by the Right."
In the crowd: Senate Minority Leader Tom Daschle of South Dakota, Sen. Harry Reid of Nevada, Rep. Barney Frank of Massachusetts, former White House aide Sidney Blumenthal, and the Clinton guru team of Paul Begala and James Carville.
Said one partygoer, waiting in line to get in: "Tonight, David Brock will not only autograph and inscribe your copy, he'll change any 15 pages of the book you don't like."

John McCaslin, a nationally syndicated columnist, can be reached at 202/636-3284 or by e-mail: jmccaslin@washingtontimes.com.

OK, I will ask you, who was the lady with Carville?

I'm not sure I'd call that person a partygoer...
