Any threads on FR concerning the recent (today or yesterday I think) friendly fire incident between a U.S. A-10 plane and British ground troops? I think one British soldier was killed, several injured, and one was quoted as being very critical of the A-10 pilot, saying he was acting like a cowboy w/ no regard for human life -- apparently the pilot totally missed the big Union Jack on the military vehicles identifying them as coalition fighters.
