Considering Daley's history with Meigs one would think that. But to go in there in the wee hours of the morning with buldozers and shovels and start tearing the place up??? Daley has clearly lost his mind!!! He needs to get professional help.
He's ruined Soldiers Field, Millenium Park is still unfinished and WAY over budget and now this?!?!? He's nuts. He's lost it. He's wacko! And it's quite frankly, a little frightening to think that he would do this.
