"The Practice" (ABC) never misses a chance to take a shot at conservatives, Republicans, Bush personally, John Ashcroft, etc. Tonight they went for the hat trick.
For example:
- "This administration executed more prisoners in 6 months than Bill Clinton did in 8 years."
- "If a democrat were in the White House, we wouldn't be having this meeting" [discussing death penalty]
- "Ashcroft is going after non-death penalty states, and Massachusetts is at the top of his list."

That's 21st century entertainment, folks.
