If the doctor who is treating this is acting like it's a Biolevel 4 agent .... if they aren't already, why aren't ALL these folks in quarantine ??

Good question! They should all be quarantined until more is known.
Meanwhile the Yankees are playing tonight in Toronto (even though Ontario has a state of emergency due to SARS) and their shortstop Jeter was seriously hurt sliding into third base and he's heading to a hospital up there...you should have seen the rest of the teams faces...horror.
