Since Omar has had to issue a new call for a Holy War, what happened to the previous calls? Are calls for Holy War consecutive or sequential? Do you have to finish the first Holy War call before you can go on with the second? Or, is this like a Holy War upgrade? -- Holy War 7.0 or something like that? How does this work exactly?

As scholars are aware, there are several levels to the "Holy War Pyramid": Nearly-Holy; Holy; Extra-Holy; Supersized Holy; Holier-Than-Thou, and -- when a cruise missile is about to impact the mosque -- "Holy Toledo!"
