NK is just irritated at being ignored right now. Probably a "legitimate" test - and to remind Japan and SK that they are a threat.

I can hear them whining now, "I have nukes! I have nukes .... Why aren't "they" sending me money and paying attention to me?"

(Of course, the minute NK is lined in our sights, the liberals will be whining that, " We haven't seen proof that OBL is dead yet, so why are we attacking NK?" )
