Sir -
Unless your MSNBC network, which I find unusually good amongst the cable
news channels, can re-work the statement recently issued regarding Mr.
Arnett's interview for Iraqi TV, and cease his reporting, I will cease
watching MSNBC completely. Shame - because I do enjoy much of it's
programming.
I believe that unless Mr. Arnett was in fear of personal safety, which I
do not believe he was, his interview and comments were not only
anti-american but factually incorrect. The latter is inecuseable for a
journalist.
I know he does not work directly for you, but I encourage that you
determine it is in the best interest of your network that you no longer
be associated with him and his reporting, that you condemn his remarks,
and attempt some sort of apology to the american people.
You were brilliant in your decision for MSNBC to have Donohue removed
and to include a dynamic Kasic on a regular basis.... but, I'll forgo
the goodness of your programming if your earlier statements (yours,
MSNBC's) are not changed and you recognize the adverse impact that
Arnett's comments have had on reputable and accurate reporting. Without
such a statement and associated action, it's effect on your network
viewership will be substantial.
Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Ohhhhhhhhh, VERY good statement, Bart.
You put me to shame. I just told them to fire him! LOL!
But you put it in a way that will mean more to THEM.
