Well, has anyone visited Drudge's site yet? What do you bet that Arnett will be the highlight of his radio broadcast/rant tonight?

You MUST email or call NBC or MSNBC and let them know their credibility is GREATLY decreased by having him on anything resembling a newscast. They are, of course, in this fierce battle with CNN and Fox. Without going into that -- a different subject -- it is PERFECTLY legitimate (and I say this as a former journalist) to remind them that this man is now an ADVOCATE and a PROPAGANDIST.
But you MUST email and if necessary call. Or send letters snail mail.
I think National Geographic will be a different matter. That is likely to be a bit more politically committed and sympathetic to Arnett.
Remember, NBC and MSNBC do NOT have him on as a commentator -- but someone who is supposed to be a newsman.
And they laughed at Geraldo????????
This guy made it clear on Iraqui t.v that he has a POLITICAL POINT he is trying to make and PROVE by his reports.
People MUST clamor to get him bounced from NBC and MSNBC....period.

I just saw Peter Arnett's interview with IRAQ TV and was totally offended. He claims credit, through his reports, for the stateside resistance to the war. Additionally, he credited the IRAQ resistance for turning the American strategy into Failure. I will never watch any reports from Mr. Arnett. Additionally, I will not watch NBC or National Geographic Explorer program until he is publically corrected for his actions. You may think that his comments are a "professional courtesy" to the people of IRAQ, I see them as aid and comfort to the enemy. Additionally, I am posting this information on several online sites so that many other people are made aware of this disgraceful performance. Mr. Arnett, who became a US citizen prior to the gulf war, is a disgrace to this country and I believe that we are worse off with him as a citizen.
