I have made an effort to quit cussing, too. I am also former Navy--retired. It is one of the sins I commit regularly. This is not the time to attempt such a thing--I'll work on some of my other vices for the time being.

Hah! Don't I know. We would even break words in half and stick obscenities in between the syllables. It was so hard being home on leave, asking someone to past the %#$$* potatoes!!!

Pushi: I too am retired Navy and have tried my best to stop cussin'. But there are special cases that are especially appropiate for cussin'. This is a special case. Cuss on!!

I agree with you about quitting cussing. This just isnt the day for it, and it wont be for a while. I am worse now than when I was first joining the military.
By the way folks, Peter Arnett and his anti-American vomit spew for Iraqi tv had a price. He was fired today.
He'll be back. Just like some type of raving social disease.
