This is the 'general' way it works, but it does change. There are a coule AM's that usually work the graveyard shift. It fits their schedule. A couple of us are early birds, and some start after work. This isn't a set schedule, but it's the 'foundation'. You have to remember, we are all volunteers, and as such, our schedules are ours. We try to let everyone know if we can't be here, or our times are changing. Overall we have it covered 24/7/365.

That's amazing if you think about it. Flip-flopping like that would drive me crazy.
Come to think of it, how do I know I'm still talking to the same person now?
