If this isn't advocating and giving aide and comfort to the enemy ... not much is IMHO.

That would be a hard case to make; the anti-war protestors do much the same.
I hope it is true that he is non-tenured.  Enough pressure might get him out of teaching.

Most of the anti-war crowd does not call for the death of our service people. In a time of war, wishing their death and destruction by the enemy, and them vocally advocating it to a crowd is tantamount to supporting that enemy.

In the legaleze mindset that we have slipped into, perhaps it is a hard caes to make. In the real world where men and women are risking their lives for liberty, the case is crystal clear IMHO.

They have a right to protest, they have a right to dissent. They cross a line when they vocally call for the death of our people and the victory of the enemy.
