Looks like the same one. However, since they all seem to wear the regulation Saddam moustache, it is hard to tell.

Not the same, Straight. The ears stick out, the jawline is squarer, eyes wider...but Saddam's bodyguard would likely be shot/knived/punched/blown up regularly...and he probably has a look-alike. Who knows. There's a reason the Pentagon put out the story today. Hmmm?
