This is side-splitting hilarious!!! A LOTTERY to get in to a *Compton* school named after Clinton? I wouldn't dig through a box of Cracker Jacks to find that ticket! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY HYSTERICAL!! Do they have a 'School of Ethics' wing? Oh, I could go on.....
