As for the quality of the material as compared to embedded reporters, well of course the guys on the line are more interesting, but there is stuff that comes out of CENTCOM that is valuable stuff to report....not that these guys would be accurate.
The most interesting offshoot of this war is that the American public is seeing firsthand that there is media bias and they don't like it. The media, rather than listen to this and adjust is making a big mistake....they are becoming more and more arrogant by the minute. Well guess what? People vote with their feet and fingers...they will turn biased media off once they see (or smell) it!
