Using the football analogy, everyone makes the on-field adjustments to be a bad thing.
Question is, would you rather have a quarterback who audibles out of a blitz or one who takes the blitz because of his 'original plan'?

Why is killing these terrorists/technicals/irregulars/thugs/enforcers by the 100s a bad thing?
Looks to me that harvesting these killers is a good thing. Otherwise we will just need to deal with them afterwards.

Using the football analogy, we are leading 42-0 in the first quarter.
There IS some concern that Iraq may gain some first downs. So we're bringing in our first string from the locker room to play.
