CNBC reporting that "all" bridges into Manhattan are shut down.

Doesn't appear to be so. According to FNC, right now, Williamsburg is closed the others are being inspected.

Another FR post from the AP wire:
NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Three unidentified men walked across the Williamsburgh Bridge that links Manhattan and Brooklyn, dropped packages near construction workers, and then rappelled over the side of the bridge, local Fox affiliate television channel WNYW reported Friday morning.
The men were taken into custody immediatley afterwards, the report said. According to the report, the bridge was closed.

I can see the Brooklyn Bridge, which has remained open. The Manhattan Bridge was closed but appears to be being re-opened right now. They continued to send trains across it even when traffic was stopped. The Williamsburg appears to still be closed, although I can't see that one as well.
