My thought on that report is that's a convenient cover story given by the three suspects. "We were just carrying liquor bottles in a brown paper bag..., Honest, Officer!"

Fox 5 local news is now going with the drunken prank story, too...as per NYPD!

If you've ever ridden the subways you'll know that a "Sick Passenger" is some homeless drunk guy being taken off the train.
Likewise for terrorism reports. "Just a couple of ME pranksters" really means "Your dumber than usual terrorists"
