I think that since this garbage chooses to lie in the gutters where they belong perhaps they should also lie with gutter products? Spray 'em with some three day old "gutter juice" from the murkier parts of town. I can see where you're going with this, and while it might make 'em smell a little better it's a hopeless cause. Even if we bathed them in soap and water, they would still be offensive.
