B)Islam/Muslim is a recognized religion by this country. Like it or not....that's a fact.

What does it mean when our government "recognizes" a religion and which ones have been recognized? Where are the recognized religions or cults listed?

I don't know if there is such a list--would be interesting to find out.

But it has been an accepted fact, in this country, that Islam/Muslim is a religion.

You can punish/prosecute the crimes of those who practice this religion, but you cannot prosecute the religion, based on the 1st Amendment.

The government has no power to recognize or outlaw a religion.

The First Amendment makes freedom of religion an unalienable right.
