Terri Flowers-Seifert, 27, first met her husband when she was an 18-year-old student at Moravian College in Bethlehem. The couple wed in 1999.
Helen and Thomas Seifert, parents of Capt. Christopher Scott Seifert, said their son will always be remembered as a hero.
